One of the two RMA'd products has been received by scan and authorised for refund, I thought they were in the same van however? Hope the second turns up tomorrow!

Does anyone know how long it takes for SCAN to refund PayPal?

I have already been charged 225 by the bank, and another 225 is coming on Wednesday if these refunds do not make it to me... First authorised on 11th, second on 13th.

Its not really Scan you need to worry about, it will take about 7 days from when Paypal refund you.

I hope the bank clear these charges then, or I'm royally screwed.

When the refund is applied, you need to write and explain the circumstances. They may refund the charges as a goodwill gesture, particularly if it is the first time it has happened.
