    Re: Rma 290008

Thanks for the reply, but I don't have another computer to test it in. But I'll write in here if I see something like this again

Also, I was wondering if it was too late to consider returning the card and purchasing a different one?

It happened again. I was in GTA IV when suddenly the screen went black, and the sound went and just started making that noise again. Computer wouldn't respond to anything but a reset.

And the sound frequently comes and goes.

    Re: Rma 290008

When playing another game, there was a lot of sudden stuttering, and portions of the screen began to flicker. Are these signs of a fault with my graphics card?

    Hi,

Your description of the problem would point towards an issue with the card however it is impossible to say for certain without testing the card.

Do you know anybody who may be able to test your card in their machine or perhaps you could try their card in your machine to see if the problem persists, this is the best way to identify if the card is the cause of the problem or not.

If not, please submit a detailed fault description via the following link:

    Re: Rma 290008

I sent off the form, but shortly after, the screen went black, and I saw the BSOD/blue screen of death. I then reset my computer, but as I reached the log in screen, the screen went white again, and was unresponsive. I then had to restart my PC again, and so far all seems to be well.

Edit: So I don't know if the form had been sent off. But I think it did
