    Return taking an age

    I sent back my faulty GPU over 5 weeks ago now and still nothing, I rang up returns last week to be told it should be sorted soon and that they have no way to chase it / see where it is with supplier?, I cannot belive you guys send it back and just hope for the best with no way at all to trace it? but thats what your returns guy told me, if thats true then I am shocked.

    I was told when sending it back that returns take up to 28 days, its been a lot longer than that now so what happens next? do I just wait forever? The card is EOL and has been for a while which would explain the hold up.

    How long do I need to wait? when will I get a replacement card?, this is getting a little silly now guys.

    Hi Guys,

    So it looks like the replacement card is also faulty, I am getting lockups / blue screens, corruption in Windows and lockups / corruption in games.

    The power limit here is set to +50 to see if that would help which it didnt.

    I also run some Boinc tasks overnight most of which are currently failing.

    Can you arrange an advance replacement for the card, its been 6 weeks now and I still dont have a working card

    An advanced replacement service is not something that we usually offer, however I will escalate your RMA to the returns manager.

    In the meantime I have sent over an RMA number and UPS collection email to you.

    Great thanks, I cant get it packed up until Monday so will try to get this to a drop off point Monday / Tuesday, if you can prioritize testing the card at your end once received that would be great.
