I sent back my faulty GPU over 5 weeks ago now and still nothing, I rang up returns last week to be told it should be sorted soon and that they have no way to chase it / see where it is with supplier?, I cannot belive you guys send it back and just hope for the best with no way at all to trace it? but thats what your returns guy told me, if thats true then I am shocked.
I was told when sending it back that returns take up to 28 days, its been a lot longer than that now so what happens next? do I just wait forever? The card is EOL and has been for a while which would explain the hold up.
How long do I need to wait? when will I get a replacement card?, this is getting a little silly now guys.
