    How long does it normally take for a refund?

    How long does it usually take to refund an item?

    I sent you my RMA on the 19th Feb and it's been confirmed as a refund, I just wondered when it's actually coming as it was almost 2 weeks ago now.

    Refunds normally take around 5-7days from scan receiving the item back, however this can sometimes take longer,

    Please PM me your invoice number and ill look into the issue for you.

    just wanna let you know that I got the refund today but not in full so can you please check again with the sales/refund department?

    the origin invoice is £176.20 (which has been refunded to me today) but I altered the order (added extra £8.04) and that amount is not been refunded yet.

    maybe that was for dilivery. I dont know scan dont offer refund on dillivery

    no, its the Corsair SD card that I added after I placed my order I got free delivery plus I cancelled my order before its even dispatched
