    RMA question

I've just requested an RMA on an item and have simultaneously received two emails (same RMA ref); one implying I should post it off myself and another requesting information for courier pick-up on Scan's dollar Is this normal?

If it's all the same to you lot at Scan I'll just post it off myself, because arranging pick-up is a right kerfuffle, because it's only a cheap item which I'll ship at my own risk, and because postage should only be a couple of quid or something anyway which I am happy to bear the cost of because I like Scan

But if it looks as though there might be a problem with my RMA due to the two contradictory emails, could someone please tell me before I post it off to you (this Saturday)?

I think they just give you the choice. Send them an email/query stating that you will be sending the RMA back yourself and do not require a pick up and all should be fine.

    JPreston,

If you have received both then you have the choice, if you choose to post yourself, however, this cannot be re-imbursed as a free service is available.

cheers Scan, very reasonable of you, as I say I'll post at my own expense in preference to trying to organise being in for courier pick-up
