I received an RMA for my XFX 7600 GS just over a week ago, as it was creating purply patterns across the screen (artifacting?) and have several questions.
1. I have not got around to sending the card off yet, as the packaging was at home whilst I was at uni, so is the RMA still valid after about 9 days?
2. As it is a graphics card, I had to buy a replacement, as I couldn't have been without one for a week (final year student - essays). Can I just have my money refunded? Or even credit to spend at scan, the problem has now gone, which confirms it was with the card.
