Xfx 7800gt Xxx Pci-e Rma

Hi there, i sent a card back last friday for RMA and im just querying as to what is happening with it at the moment. I realise that it has been tested and found to be faulty and that a replacement is being sorted. However checking the RMA today reveals that the card is in status 2 (payment authorised). But has been stuck like that since midday yesterday and has not yet been picked, checking your site reveals that you do not stock this card any more, so are you having to source from XFX or is something else being done about this? any help would be welcome, thanks
