Morning guys,
Hope you can help me - I placed an order last night - round 7pm - i received a confirmation email but if I log into 'my account' I can't find the order anywhere (in either outstanding or current orders) - also if i follow the link in the confirmation mail to the tracking page it says my invoice num does not exist. To confound matters if i type my invoice number in minus the leading 'E' it lists the right delivery date but says i paid & you despatched april 2004
if anyone can provide some assistance it would be much appreciated
