    Why do scan use high rate 0870 contact number

    I have %0 problem with scan, customer service or sales etc etc.

    This is more a question regarding your policy.

    I've just gone to phone you for really probably only the second time in all my years of using you and noted that you are using an 0870 number.

    In times when a.) customer service is important b.) there is a great deal of focus on these numbers

    What is scans policy or driver in actually charging customers to ring to place and order or get customer services.

    These numbers are normally put in place by either franchises or greedy scum companies, my opinion of scan is neither, hence the surprise in noting your using these high cost numbers to phone in.

    Thats just a normal national rate isn't it and not premium rate
