    Scan and watercooling parts

Guys at scan, your watercooling parts are competitively priced and your service is still spot on, however your selection of barbs/fittings is woeful which means ordering from elsewhere. The hose selection is also terrible.

The barbs are the killer though as you don't really highlight which parts require them. I ordered a black ice 360 stealth from you and realised I needed the barbs despite it not being mentioned on the items details, however completely forgot on the reservoir so yet another order to a 3rd party to get the ones I need!

The barbs you do have are bizarre screw connectors which aren't exactly popular! Additionally they seem to be measured in metric which is flying against convention!

Also you stock some good stuff I really wouldn't expect, but then don't have obvious killer items like dtek fuzion CPU blocks or thermochill PA120.x rads. I know its not all a bit esoteric for a big company like scan, but if you are going to do watercooling, you may as well do it brilliantly!

Anyway, off I go to order 2 barbs from yet another supplier. My watercooling build has so far involved 6, one of whom is in the US.

I'll second this.. the barbs selection is appaling.. They simply won't fit the most used tubing sizes (1/2" and 3/8") and I'm pretty sure you'd need a big mess of connectors and converters to use them with most of the blocks/pumps you sell

Luckily most water cooling companies are now universal in the fact they use G1/4" connectors, I know Alphacool, EK, Swiftech and Danger Den have all started using G1/4"

Luckily barbs are readily available although not from Scan, would be good if we can get all our water cooling and PC needs from one place.
