    Payment declined

    I had this message via email from a recent order:

    "Unfortunately there has been a problem in authorising your credit card and your payment has been declined."

    I don't have easy access to a phone so is there any way I can check my details to see if they are correct?

    which card did you pay by? i had this problem once and it was because it was american express, they got a 4 digit number on the front which is that cvn code that you need to put in, instead of the usual last 3 numbers on the back.
