Hi Scan!
Seeing as you're my favouritest (it's a word in my dictionary, honest!) online retailers, I will refrain from ranting but I'm in dyer need of your help right now!
I've placed two orders with yourselves and here are the details:
Order #1, placed on 8th May 2007

2M Male to Male VGA Monitor Cable ( 1 £2.49

Order #2, places on 14th May 2007
Gigabyte GA 945GMF-DS2, i945G, S775 1 £42.69
Now, Order 1 was placed just over a week ago and all the items were in stock. The following day I got an e-mail notifying me of a delay:
"1. POWER CONVERTOR 20P-M TO 24P-F
Estimated Lead Date = 16/05/2007
2. 2M MALE TO MALE VGA EXT. CABLE
Estimated Lead Date = 10/05/2007"
I didn't think the wait was too long so left it be, but after speaking to Customer Services I was told that the 'Male to Male VGA Ext. Cable' was in stock but the 'Power Convertor' would be a few more weeks. As a result, I cancelled the out of stock item and recieved e-mail confirmation that the rest of the order would dispatch on May 15th. Unfortunately, it appears not to have been dispatched yesterday.
Order 2 was also in stock when ordered but doesn't seem to have been picked or dispatched yet.
I use Scan quite often and the parts above are all needed by tomorrow at the latest (May 17th). Is it at all possible to confirm that the orders will arrive or be dispatched today?
Apologies for placing two orders with the free delivery offer from HEXUS. I placed the first order a while back and wasn't expecting to order the second, that just came up. If it's better for you guys to put both orders together and send them as one, please feel free to do so.
