    7600 GT & Dell 2407

    hello all

    i was just wandering is it possible to hookup the dell 2407 via dvi to the 7600gt, would it work and power it ok?

    Yeah it will be fine. The max res the 7600GT produces is 2048 x 1536. And the max res the Del 2407 produces is 1920 x 1200.

    So there should be no problem.

    You won't to be able to play games at good frame rates though...

    Yeah thats very true - I forgot to mention that.

    I am running a 2407 on a Geforce 7950 GT XT and i am running everything at 1920 x 1200, however, it sometimes does struggle.

    But if you are using it for general use - ie desktop and web browsing.

    Then it will be fine!

    I've just taken 2x EVGA 7600GT CO (580Core/1500Memory) cards out of my rig for my next upgrade.
    I had them hooked upto a dell 24" 2407.

    They worked a treat for me in BF2142....just wanted even better eye candy for up and coming games
