Hi,
I am experiencing with testing software (sandra) that the speed of memory is 667MHz.
My memory: Corsair DDR2 TwinX800MHz 2048MB = 2x1GB DIMM for dual channel

Can somebody tell my why these memory runs only 667 MHz?
Some screenshuts from tools: (astra, hwinfo)

Thanks!

Its because you need a Scan case badge.
And the point of quoting all that is your reply was what?
AndR - I have no doubts that your issue is caused by the lack of a sexy Scan case badge.
The few issues I was having with my system have all but disappeared when my rig heard some was in the post. The fear the poor thing must have gone into.
Too late though. Im a no mercy man myself. As soon as they arrive they will be stuck in the most appropriate place to scare off any electronic beavers that think they can cause trouble.
I owe you one ChrisP.
Many thanks
