    A suggestion for Scan

I was thinking that maybe Scan could offer a credit scheme for their loyal customers who come back every year, the more you buy from Scan the more credits you get and then you could maybe get special offers with those credits or even buy products with them...

I think that this would promote the use of Scan rather than OCUK and the like over and above price difference and with your support being good as it is this could boost sales for you guys as people that already use scan wont go elsewhere because of better prices because they will get a better deal from scan with the credits received...

    What do you guys think?

Very good idea actually; OCuk are dire for service but they do have some items at insane price differences.

I think the chances are the Hexus free carriage offer is in place of any reward scheme and IMO, a much better deal for most regular customers

We have the free carriage incentive running at the moment, it would not be feasible to also run another incentive such as this along side..

    Sorry

Scan hardly need any promoting when compared to someone like OCUK

Good idea but as said wouldnt really be worth it, i think free postage is good but the money scan loose is probably very small considering, compaired with them giving discount hence why this probably isnt used more often

judging by how much you pay for carriage elsewhere, I think the free carriage offer is great and is the reason I shop with scan(not the only one though).
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

Bottom line is that Scan has to make a profit like everyone else. Too much discounting is very bad for any company's health. Speak to the guys at IMG, they learnt the hard way, when they tried to reverse the tide and lost thousands of customers.

Let scan be, i can live with the free carraige and today only items.

This is already being done by Aria and after 3 years buying on and off withthem believe you me the free del offer far outweighs the points system.

We have no plans to implement a credit scheme any time in the distant future...

    Sorry
