    RMA: Another Corsair Card...

I made an order in February of this Year, order ref: 828209 in the order was a 2Gb MiniSD Card - Corsair the serial number is 749041447.

Since purchasing it it had trouble in the phone I used it in (a Nokia N80) and would only show itself as a 1Gb card (~967Mb).

It got worse and the phone would not even detect it, save to it or anything, then the computer would not even format it or recognise it. I tried to format it today, and it formatted it once, but the second time I tried, windows failed.

I must admit I am pretty disappointed that this has happened to the Corsair memory card, as I paid a premium for the brand. However worst of all the same thing happened to a Corsair SD card used in a camera, bought from yourselves, that would only detect itself as half the size as well.

I can recollect that you had a dodgy back a year or so ago but I presume this was long since sorted out, as for a premium brand memory card to fail on two totally different occasion is either just plain bad luck, or something else.

I'd like to return it for a replacement of the same.

I have the original packaging however postage costs would be greatly reduced if I could just send the memory card, the adapter and its protective case. Will you cover the cost of the return?

    Cheers

    Ian
