In my opinion mate you just got a little lucky................

I've ordered something weds early afternoon, all items in stock. ETA was tommorrow - but still not been picked according to "my account section". Keeping my fingers crossed it may happen last minute
I even phoned up sales at 11 am today to see if I could pay extra and have it guaranted for delivery tommorow. The answer was brilliant, "we are struggling at the minute beause we are busy - sorry ".

My previous 4 orders from scan have been:
1x posted same day as order & arrived next day
1x Posted next day and met 2 day ETA :0
2x Posted 2 days after order so missed ETA by 1 day

Number 5 is in the balance as I type !!!!

If you want guranteed delivery I use the alternatives, If you want good choice/price and slick website and ordering system (eg txt message update etc etc) use scan.

Same here, ordered around mid-day weds, for delivery Friday. However, my delivery just changed to picked & dispatched! 15:40

I ordered some bits from ocuk and ebuyer at the same time and those arrived today, bit annoyed that i have to wait in tomorrow too, but if Scan are busy then fair enough, also got free delivery so it's not all that bad.

I read on the website that scan dispatch as late as 20:00 though?

Yeah I saw that, don't know how true it is though as all the othe depts seem to shut down at 5:30pm, Well my order isn't even picked yet - so I guess i've dipped out again

if only ebuyer had the product range scan had..........

before I get a slapped wrist off anybody I Know it states all deliveries are estimates from the onset

Yes - despatch work till approximately 8pm - every weekday.

If it doesn't go tonight - please drop a message to myself in the morning, and I'll look into it for you.

This is why we all still chose scan - where else can you get support like that from an online shop??
