    RMA, second failed collection...no email response.

    Hi peeps.

    I have acquired an RMA number on a Dominator Memory cooling fan.

    It is supposed to be near silent, but the one I have is the loudest thing in my 4 fan system (not great fans either!).

    It has a noticeable "whine" particularly on one of the three small fans.

    Anyway...collection was arranged for between 9 and 12...I was asked if I wanted it in the morning or afternoon, I chose morning.

    Nobody came...City Link claim to not have the consignment number on their system (though it obviously was.

    Spoke to Scan, they re arranged another collection...again in the morning.

    This time, nobody came and after waiting till 2 o'clock, my wife had to go out (you cant keep 4 children in all day on the summer holidays!)

    So naturally, City Link carded me at 15:20.

    An email arrived that day from Scan, to which I responded...no reply.

    I don't mind posting it back myself as long as I don't have to wait forever to get a replacement, as I know it is faulty.

    What is the point of giving a choice of morning or afternoon collection, if it can happen at anytime during the day? If they turn up at all?

    Does anyone from Scan care to help out at all?

    I suppose collection is good only if they collect. I had to post my faulty SB3 back myself.
