Seems to be delays on email response time

Thankyou for responding to the V12 Finance Accepted but still no confirmation from Scan... Thread, howserver one of the moderators indicated that the email was addressed the previouse day, and said that he would send it on again, it arrived all three at the same time! maybe a problem there?

Sent another query and still no response how long (not meaning to moan) does it take for scan to get back to query?

Oh the ticket query number was removed

There was no problem with the response yesterday - I sent it 3 times to ensure you got the message, as the previous one didnt appear to have been picked up by your email

CS should be in touch with you tomorrow over this.
