Not happy about the situation with my last order.
Ordered several parts including a motherboard which unfortuantely was the wrong one. No problem there...my own fault for not checking the order properly.
Got the RMA and it was returned and checked by the 30th July and according to the RMA was credited.
Not seen anything credited so rang up today and find out that it hasn't gone through yet and needs to be chased up. Very disappointed about that.
Secondly when I had the RMA raised I ordered the right motherboard which arrived on the 30th. I could see as soon as I opened it that it had been a previous return and then found that the HDMI - DVI adaptor was missing. So called up and confirmed that it was a previous return and that the missing part would be found and sent to me. So 2 weeks later and still nothing so asked about that and its with the testing department and it would be chased up as well.
So at the moment I'm pretty close to sending everything back and ordering from a competitor but I'm hoping someone here can help get this sorted out sooner rather than later.
