Hi,
I have just had a very bad experience of buying a large amount of items from scan, and feel that my items will never arrive with the way it is carrying on. Last night, the PSU was out of stock (fair enough), and then tonight the case was out of stock (How can the case be out of stock tonight when it wasnt yesterday??? Surely they hold items to one side waiting for your last item to come in to stock?). I therefore feel if I leave it and change the case tomorrow, something else will go out of stock, so I am cancelling my order. I rung up tonight at 16:45 to pay extra for the morning delivery on the next day as it was not a very convinient day, and then also asked as to whether ALL the items were in stock. I was assured all was in stock and ready to be collected and dispatched tonight. Alas it wasn't and I have run out of faith.
I have no doubt people have no problems ordering 1 or 2 items at a time, but anymore and its a nightmare.
Are there any reasons why this cancellation might not be accepted? Replies appreciated,
