RMA problems

Hi please can someone help me, I sent in a RMA query around 10 days ago, unfortunately I have lost the nuber given, but since then I placed an order last week and asked about it the chap looked into it and said the lady who deals with it is away and will come back to me this was on the 25th Sept and I have still not heard anything, obviously I don't want to set up another for the same item.

Please help me sort it out.
