A Sorry Tale but a Happy Ending.

I ordered a 32" LCD TV from Scan this morning and it went EOL even though it showed in stock when I ordered.
Anyway the annoying part being if I had known earlier I could have ordered an alternative that was on Today Only.
So after a couple of conversations on the phone I settled on another that is on pr-order.
Not too happy about it but these things happen.
So after breaking the news to the kids that they probably would no get their new tv until next week
a very nice lady called Dawn rang me and and said they would honour the TO and send it out today.

Now that is customer service at its very best.

My children thank you Scan for going the extra yard.
    Thanks
    Ron

That's very tidy for a kids room. Do you actually let them in there?

HeHe! They are 11,12 and 16 years old and if it aint tidy they are barred from using anything for a couple of days.
Anyway it is very tidy but thats because I had just finished setting it up and they had just come in from school.
Hence no dvds or controllers lying on the floor.
