I can't seem to check my RMA Progress via my account at Scan. I returned my faulty PSU and got issued another which too turned out to be faulty and arrived back at Scan on Friday.
The second RMA was setup via email, unlike the first which was all done over the phone. I got sent all the usual confirmation emails etc, but cannot check anywhere on Scan its progress with the RMA/Invoice number.
I really need to know whats going on with this RMA since I have a useless unpowered computer until its sorted. I also need to know if my request to have a different replacement (Corsair HX 620W) has been acknowledged too.
