I've always had excellent service from scan, there was recently a dip in percieved service levels from scan recently, which the comments on this forum suggest.
I've been really pleased to be able to return to writing positive views on Scan, my last few orders have gone acording to plan, the service setting out these orders has been exceptional, and even when City Link mess up (another Saturday delivery failed - 5th in a row) Scan don't quibble, just refunded the carrige as they have with all my other Saturday failures.
Kudos to scan for getting back on track.
