    RMA Progress

    I can't seem to check my RMA Progress via my account at Scan. I returned my faulty PSU and got issued another which too turned out to be faulty and arrived back at Scan on Friday.

    The second RMA was setup via email, unlike the first which was all done over the phone. I got sent all the usual confirmation emails etc, but cannot check anywhere on Scan its progress with the RMA/Invoice number.

    I really need to know whats going on with this RMA since I have a useless unpowered computer until its sorted. I also need to know if my request to have a different replacement (Corsair HX 620W) has been acknowledged too.

    You will have an RMA number in one of the mails.

    If it was only delivered Friday to Scan it probably wont be registered as received by them yet. But if you had it collected there will be a citylink reference from them to track delivery. Otherwise you will have your own courier ref.

    Thanks for sorting out the visibility of the RMA on my Scan account, Wes. Just curious, the RMA still says authorised, yet City Link says delivered on Friday. Its not set as item recieved.
