Merge two orders please

I would like to merge two orders please, forgot to buy a couple things in the first order. both have an arrival date of the 27th, i dont have the 2nd order but the first is 0E984167

ooooooh k. have been told it is too late to merge orders, fine no worries.

I have now received an email telling me my 2nd order has been cancelled. have replied asking for it not to be cancelled. these orders both need to arrive tomorrow as originally scheduled, what is happening Scan?

ok crisis averted. the Scan query email system is quick today.

ok it seems my order WAS cancelled for some reason after payment was taken. what's going on Scan? sigh.
