    Scan log in problem

    Hi, well I tried to log into my account today, and it is telling me Multiple Account found, please contact customer service.

    Now I do remember registering a while ago, but I compleatly forgot my details, even when typing them into forgot password they were still wrong, so I re registered.

    So has my acocunt been banned and has my order been cancelled?

    First I put in my details, then connection to server was lost apparently, so I refresed then that came up.

    Its ok now, thanks for the quick reply.

    Umm just want to aska question, order a product yesterday at 13:50, its still not showing as picked or dispatched.

    You'd be best ringing Customer Services to be on the safe side.

    Nah it was deffenitly my web browser, still doing it in Opera, AOL and IE its fine .

    Any ideas on the progress of my order if its stuck or something?

    I ordered an 8800GT, and apparently you have none left now and due to mine not been picked that means I have to wait for next batch right? anyway I can cancel my order if this is the case? and how long would it take for the money to go back into my acocunt.

    Thanks for checking.

    So when will it show up as picked/dispatched I expected it to be here tomorrow.

    I got worried because I talked to a guy on msn and I ordered a GT form here today, invoice and payment authorised at same time, then not shorty after was dispatches, took ages for me.
