    RMA replacement product gone awol

    Hi

I had a DOA speaker set last week and Michael W from returns sorted out a replacement to be sent out.

I got the first stage of the order emails then a delayed order notification on the 26th and since then nothing?

It seems to have dropped off the face of the earth like my headphone order.

Any chance of passing scan member having a look into it for me?
    Thanks
    Gordy

Lee I've still had no further progress on this item, could you possibly give me an update.

I'll get this re-checked now for you, because when I first chased it Michael said it shouldn't have stalled and he mailed the warehouse team to get it rectified ASAP.

I'll update him again now to see whats holding it up and also to see if we can get this moving again.

    Best Regards,

I've received stage 3 and 4 emails and then a delayed order notification which is very odd?

I assume as I have the city link tracking number that the delayed order notification is incorrect?
