RMA awol!

Hi,

My RMA replacement has gone awol. According to city-link it was delivered last Thursday to someone in Machester, about 200 miles away.

I've raises a couple of support queries via email last week with no response

I'd hope to be sent a replacement from stock and leave it to scan/citylink to retrieve the wayward item....

If citylink have knowingly sent it to the wrong address then it is they're fault and they will have to cover the costs. Its between Scan and Citylink as it has not reached you yet. Ring up Scan customer support and tell them.

I did call on the day I was expecting delivery. I was told it had been sent to Manchester but they didn't know why.

I'd just like to know what's happening - hopefully Tuesday will shed some light.

Well if they still don't know whats up tomorrow tell them you want a new one sent out and leave them to sort out the mess.
