That's Royal Mail for ya! Did you definately include the requested utility bill though? I noticed the paperwork isn't as clear as it could be on what you need to sign and send off.

yeah, made sure everything was correct before i sent it off. how many more items will be out of stock by the time it goes through!

Hopefully everything will work out for you. I'm waiting for that e-mail to tell me that something's gone out of stock myself Still, after waiting 11 months for this system, I will most definately be happy when it's all sorted
