Saturday Delivery - Why not this saturday?

Hi Scan,

I am looking to place an order with you guys tonight however I need the goods to be shipped for this saturday.

With most supplier this would be perfectly normal (I can do it with Ebuyer tonight for an ANtec 900), however I can't select this Saturday in your delivery options.
Is there anyway I can get this shipped for saturday, as I won't be there to sign for the item next week, and was looking to put the build together this weeked?

I have checked wiith other suppliers and I can get the same order worth £700+ shipped for Saturday. I spoke to one of your sales team earlier today and they stated I would be able to get this shipped for saturday but it doesn't seem like this will e happening.

I know I have written this after work, but I noticed a few Scan memebers were on about a minute before I made this post.

An un official reply is all I need really, so would be great if I could get any info on whether I can place the order, or whether I should just take my business elsewhere.

Someone else had the same "problem" the other day mate.

Saturday is the beginning of next month, so i believe you have to click "next" to be able to select saturday dilvery.

Just tried that and there' still no option /cry
Went through the entire order process right till the end to confrim it, and didn't a choice.

Have put an order in with OcUk and it's cost me £50 extra but I will have it for saturday. This is how much getting this shipped for saturday meant to me, ah well.

The Scan website is estimating, that due to the volume of orders placed and waiting in a que to be processed, your order would not be picked ready to be collected by CityLink tomorrow for a Saturday delivery.

Would probably have prefered to pay twice the postage to get it through scan, but they also didn't ahve the Antec 900 case which meant I would have to have got it from anotehr supplier adding more postage
