Order Status

Placed my first phone order, and whilst I did say I'm not too fussed about the delivery date it does seem strange that you haven't taken the payment yet

Can someone check in the morning if there's a problem with the payment details I gave??

With all the phone orders the payment is usually authorised over the phone at the moment this isnt updated upon the website as its a different system we use for mail order and internet orders.

If you PM me your invoice number I shall check the status of the order, however I am sure if sales gave you a reference number and advised the payment had gone through then everything should be fine.
