Hi,
I placed an order last week via finance. Having called 3 times to see if my order has gone through, I got told this afternoon that I should expect delivery tomorrow and that I'd receive an email confirming this.
I haven't received any email regarding that my delivery has been dispatched or when it should arrive. I haven't received an invoice email either, nor a text saying that my delivery has been dispatched.
I'm disappointed in the communication between Scan and myself, it's seemed to be non existent so far. Being 'the UK's most customer focussed retailer of PC technology' I expected more.
Do I risk having the day off work to receive the delivery?
I'd be very grateful if any member of staff on here could confirm if my order (complete order, all of what I ordered) has been shipped so I don't have to worry about having a day off of work for nothing.
