Good Morning scan chaps
First off, a wee heads up about your automated delayed order email, the section in the first sentence that reads "delay in your order due to unexpected volumesin our warehouse." - you can see the automated email is missing a space between 'volumes' and 'in' - I assume its a standard email, but I suppose it could be a one time error - thought you ought to know anyway.
Secondly, I placed an order on...Monday, and got my delayed order notification yesterday () - so used the online CS form to cancel the order, which has been done this morning - and was quickly followed by another email apologising for the delayed order and as a gesture of goodwill (this automated emailer doesn't know about Hexus free shipping, but nevertheless), offered me free postage on my next order!
I've not had this email before, I just thought i'd pass the message on to the scan chaps saying that its a nice friendly email to receive (despite being automated ), and i'm sure it helps retain custom - its a nice gesture for those who usually have to pay postage
