OLQ turnaround

Hi guys

What's your current turnaround on OLQs at the moment? I took delivery of an order yesterday and have been sent the wrong item. I logged the OLQ around 4pm yesterday and was wondering when I should hear back? I know it's a busy time of year, and it's not a world-ending situation, but some idea would be cool.
