OLQ - delayed order

twice in the last 5 days i have been emailed about delayed shipment because of shortages late in the evening.
You have gone so far down in my estimation you would not believe.

I'm trying to run a business here. you have had staff shortages, and shipment problems for months now,,,,, what has been done about it???? not much from my side of the fence!

Please can you check your email address that the OLQ is linked to as I've just replied to your query and await your response. I've had to amend the title to remove the OLQ reference for security reasons.

I can only apologise for the delay and will get this rectified once we have a reply from you.

Lee, just so you know. after our emails today, and your request to your shiping dept to get the order out today.......... i have not had the usual email as notice of shipment. Hopefully the items are on the way, i will let you know

Place order with company around the corner from you. online traking says its at the couriers already.
