Visa Electron Problems

Hi guys.

I recently ordered some stuff from you, again, but when it told me write my debit card details there was no option for a Visa Electron card even though it said you supported on the page where you choose to use between pickup, credit card and debit card and as a result of this my payment has not been authorized. Is there anything you can do to transfer to a Visa Electron Card seen as it's picked and ready for dispatch, it would be pretty annoying to have to reorder it and you having to re-pick it and me having to wait that little bit longer.

i think i used to put mine through as a normal visa card and it worked if i remember correct..

Either as normal Visa or as Visa Debit works - but different sites have different setups.

If it's picked then logically payment has been authorised.

I've had a think and I've decided that I'd rather cancel my order, this means I can add my christmas money on to the money I currently have and buy the 22 inch monitor I'd like. So, as soon as you Scan guys get this would you be able to cancel my order or give me details on how I would go about doing so.

I've checked that invoice number for you and it was already cancelled on the 21st due to declined payment.
