What do you think is going on?

Its christmas, as has been mentioned in many other threads along pretty much the same lines as yours, there experiencing more orders then they expected therefore orders arent being shipped on time even though they are working until 8pm to pick and dispatch orders.

Nothing can be done now, as christmas day is rapidly aproaching, best to wait until after now to get this sorted.
