I can only comment on my own experience - but it's fairly relevant, because I just had a return speedily processed.
I raised an RMA on about the 20th dec. I received an email saying do not post before christmas due to their holiday closing period. So I sent off my faulty DVD drive on the 2nd Jan by royal mail recorded signed for. 3rd Jan, I received an update email from scan saying it was received. 4th Jan, completed, fault found, awaiting replacement. 7th Jan, replacement received (well not really, but I received a card through the door while I was out this morning lol - so I'll have it tomorrow).
Mine RMA of GPU took around 2weeks, GPU was faulty and replaced for new one. I'm not sure if you will get your MB on 11th, especially it is just after xmas and scan probably has big backlog. Anyway, good luck
Alot depends on if they still have the product in stock. If they do then its usually a pretty speedy affair, if not then you may be given the option of waiting until new stock arrives or a suitable alternative.

Fault Found
now waiting for replacement

I would assume it depends on if they still sell the same model... if they do, then I don't see why it would take any longer than my dvd drive did, which was the next day after fault found that it was sent. If they don't have the model, it might take them a little while longer than 1 day to decide what is an equivilent replacement and then offer it to you.
I was going to ask something similar so I emailed them. the reply was basically that they're about two days behind with their testing after the Christmas backlog.
My main concern was that the RMA page isn't showing it as "received".
Yeah they have received it but wont update it until the day of testing I am afraid had the same problem took from the 3rd jan until today 10th from pickup date to dispatch day tomorrow 11th jan so im happy with the speed of the service just annoyed it took 2 1/2 weeks for the rma pick up date... but like your problem christmas backlog etc
but id say it shld take 8 days or so from send off date to receive your rma'd item or refund
