Well RFV, i'm now at the 10 week mark with no end in sight & wondering what the record is for waiting for an rma to be sorted with Scan is ?

Sorry to drag this back up but i received my amex statement today & i've only been credited £48.18 not £65 as i was told on the phone ??? where's the missing £16.82 ??? not happy about this seeing as i waited for along time to begin with.
