I just noticed this disappeared from my outstanding products page, does this mean I don't get the delivery for £5 now?
also do you have any idea when you will have it in stock?

ok no response
I recieved my items that were in stock a few minutes ago, and I've been sent Vista with serial number 66R-00838, meaning I haven't been sent the SP1 version I payed for (serial number 66R-02034)
quite disappointed, what do I do now?

I'd just like to add I've had no problems with scan in the past, and the rest of the delivery seems to be fine - although I won't be able to properly check until I get the processor and graphics card
any news on this? do I have to do a returns query on the website?

The EVGA 9800GTX Superclocked has never been advertised through our web site?, this card is listed as an unreleased new product?
This card has to ETA date as yet, however as soon as we can confirm stock we will add this to the web site.
The only product you have outstanding is the LN21219 - Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550, Yorkfield Core, S775, 2.83 GHz, 1333MHz, 12MB L2 Cache, Retail.
If you need the SP1 disk sending out? I can post this out today for you.
Best Regards
hmm -Thats what I though but the card has never been released - odd??
The SP1 DVD would be the upgrade files only.

I do apologies of the software received did not include the SP1 updates....
If the software is unopened and unused please contact returns so we can arrange this but the cost is the same for the version's which include the SP1 updates , we don't have 2 separate SKU's with 2 separate prices so why not just install them separately from the SP1 DVD?
If the software has been opened then unfortunately we would be unable to accept this back.
well I just wanted it all on one disk installed straight away, if you install vista and then upgrade you get all the waste files left on your system, also the pre-SP1 disks I've seen are consistently cheaper than the disks with SP1 included, so I figured I what I recieved is actually cheaper than what I payed for
you say you don't have 2 separate SKU's, but I bought 66R-02034 (it's listed on the site here) and I recieved 66R-00838, surely this is some sort of mistake?
I did take off the OEM warning sticker just so I could slide it out of the cardboard sleeve and check, but I didn't open the box itself, the CD and manual were put in backwards so I could see them through the plastic

We must have a small quantity of old stock mixed with the new stock, but the Retail price is the same so you have not been charged more for the SP1 product as you can see from our web site we do not have 2 SKU's listed.
If you still wish to return the product - The best to proceed is for me to arrange a call back from our Returns dept to highlight your options - Please confirm a time when this would be convenient for you.
Best Regards
thanks
any time will be ok, but early afternoon would be best

As you have removed the product from the box we are unable to accept the return of the item as per current uk Anti Piracy legislation.
We do also advertise the product on our website as follows:
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1* 64Bit 1Pk OEM (DVD)
* Via SP1 Update disk supplied FOC
so you're saying I'm just missing the update CD then? If you send that out to me I'll be getting exactly the same thing as if you sent the right thing in the first place? I'm not missing any extra documentation / added sections to the manual, or different packaging etc? I can get in contact with other suppliers and check if I need to
it's still a bit worrying that your pickers didn't look at the code, and I'm annoyed that this has happened making me question the integrity of my product, but at least if you send me out the CD then it should be resolved
also I see a lot of threads about the Q9450 and I know your answers to that, but will you be getting the Q9550 in stock any time soon, because I can't really afford to wait ages for my processor - if it's going to be a long time then I'll look to buy a different processor
