I was so pleased with the service from scan, I don't even mind that I forgot about the free carriage offer
Ordered £550+ worth of parts on sunday lunchtime, received them today before 12pm. Best service I've ever had =D

I agree when my order for my GTS was seemingly going no-where and I was getting no-where on the phone, the guys here who know who they are did a damn good job and got my order out and here the next day.
There support here is sometimes good, when they do reply to PM's and questions there usually very helptful, but they don't always reply.
Thats one thing I find an issue with Scan. Some sites offer next day service with orders placed upto 8pm. Now thats quick delivery!!!!
Also delivery charges are a pain. If I want a small cheap MP3 player that weighs nothing, I still have to pay £6-7 P&P
Some sites offer better prices for P&P on small items.
