I have No faith with Scan's website

Hi All,


Has any one else been having any problems with Scan showing items in stock on there online website but not getting your items picked or delivered out to you? It's just that I have been waiting for my Coolermaster fans for weeks now yet the website says they are back in stock.

I have phoned on two occasions to mention it and the first time I was told it was an input error, which I was OK with. Then I checked the next day and it was out of stock. Then a couple of days later their site says it is back in stock. So I phoned up for the second time to see if I was getting my items sent out and I was told that they are not in stock.

They did say that they would get some one to have a look at the website being updated or fixed but I have checked today on the website and guess what, it is in stock and my order has not been picked.

I now have no faith with Scan's website being up to date with stock issues ......... the staff are friendly though.

Well I just had a similar problem actually..

When I originally placed my order there were only 3 things not in stock, now somehow when it came to ship today, another item has suddenly gone out of stock as well, and its holding my whole order up. I wish I had done the split order shipping option to start off with!
