Combine Orders?

Not sure if this can be done or not, but I've just placed my second order of the day and wondered if the two could be combined, the first has an estimated delivery date for tomorrow, the latter (just placed) for wednesday, I'm not too bothered if the first is delayed, but don't want to double up postage etc (I don't want to abuse the free carriage privelage)

is this possible?

the invoice number for the 1st order is : (deleted)

the second order is on the same account (first two orders today )
