Just wondering when my replacement headset will be authorized and dispatched?
As the RMA status on your website is a little misleading as it's far from complete as I don't have the replacement.
Also it has an invoice date of the 23rd and a Estimated Dispatch Date 24 Apr 2008 however it's showing only at the invoice printed stage....
It would be nice to have sound again soon
