Hi guys
I recently order the P5K SE Motherboard from Scan and it turned out to be faulty. I RMA'ed it, and it has been verified faulty by one of the Scan team. Now the process seem's to be stuck on 'Awaiting Replacement'.
I'm not familiar with RMAs, so I may be being very impatient. However I can see that Scan have several of these very Motherboards in stock, so why can't they just dispatch one? At the moment I have no computer apart from a rubbish laptop, and I'm not very happy!
I'm obviously missing something fairly obvious, it'd be greatly appreciated if someone could fill me in on how this process works!
