I got to the confirm order page and an error occured. I checked my account and it's got the order in invoice awaiting payment. Has it gone through or not?.

No - the invoice number will start E10.....
I can't find the code anywhere. My item is in invoice awaiting payment with how much it'll be. It says if not completed successfully to proceed with payment.
Please log a query here - giving your real name, postcode and email address.

Well my order has been cancelled due to a fraud protection check or something. I think that could be due to the error i had when ordering i don't know. My order is still showing up on my account. Has it been cancelled for certain?. Is it possible to order again?. I'm never gonna get the laptop at this rate.
Also will i be still charged for this cause i'm confused it says payment recieved has been ticked?. Can someone look into this please.
