Free shipping account set up?

I've been trying to set up hexus and scan for free shipping. I'm sure they match, can you please help and show me what I've done wrong?

Well first off, you have got to get 15 posts, once you have reached this count, within an hour your account will be upgraded which would give you the ability to private message people. Once you can PM, you have to click on the link in your profile which would say "Send a private message to CALLMENUJAK" - bear in mind you dont actually PM yourself, you just want the 5 digit number on the end of the url in the address bar.

This gives you the HEXUS User ID that you type into the scan website, everything else you type in there is easy as its just your email address and username.

or alternatively you could follow the handy guides at the top of the scan forum and tell them their HEXUS User ID 37442..

callmenujak is over the midnight hour activation limit thing, so that isn't the problem..

just make sure you are using the same e-mail address for scan and hexus, and I am unsure whether your hexus user name needs to be exactly the same i.e. with capitals..


have you already setup a scan account before and used it in the past? you might have 2 accounts setup and you could be trying to associate one with a different e-mail than you hexus one..

one of the scan boys might pop along tomorrow and help further, they open around 9.am ish..

Don't need 15 posts for the scan free shipping account. No need for pm's either. Just click your name and choose find more posts or add "username" to your buddy list and if you look at the link there's a bit usually at the end which says "u=userid" so yours says "u=37442". 37442 is your user id and if you're unsure of it just try the link

and if it's right it should point to your profile page which this one does

Postal Code

Hexus ID
Email Address used to sign-up for hexus

This information then will allow us to fix any issues or find out why the accounts do not link together

Hi everyone, thanks for your replies.

I'm still having trouble. Do I have to put user profile in at SCAN? I really need to order asap so I can hopefully get delivery for Friday.

I'm sure you log into the Scan website. Then visit here
https://secure.scan.co.uk/myaccount/...eecarriage.asp
and put

User ID: 37442
Username: CALLMENUJAK
Email: whichever email you registered with the hexus forum.

I've done it. I was using wrong email address. I couldn't see my user id so where did you see it? Thanks again.

I clicked your username and hovered my mouse over find more posts and in the statusbar was the u="useridnumber"
