    Small Gripe :( - Help Needed!

    After a few years of perfect service from Scan (even with RMAs) I have my first problem.

    Ordered a Netgear NAS last week. It arrived on Thursday last week but is missing the external PSU which renders it completely useless. So I call first thing Friday and make Scan aware of the problem. I was told I'd get a phone call either Friday or Monday to let me know how the issue would be resolved. By Tuesday I still have heard nothing. I login to the web site and log a query against the order no/invoice no. So now its Thursday, a week later and not a thing.

    I've tried logging into the website this morning and I can't even do that now - Correction in now whoops

    Can anyone help to find out what is going on please ?

    I have found out we have been sent a batch without PSU's included as we have checked our current stock. We are conatacting Netgear now to confirm this and to get this issue sorted. As soon as we know the outcome we will contact you to let you know sorry for any inconvenience.

    Thanks for the update and the speed of your response on the downside I really can't see why its taken a week to get an update of ANY kind.

    Netgear want shooting for their quality control

    So I've had the useless brick for a week - any idea how long its likely to take to sort please ?

    We have sourced a new PSU from one of the stock we will be shipping this to you so please check your email. NETGEAR have confirmed they will send replacements for the stock which has none supplied.
