After a few years of perfect service from Scan (even with RMAs) I have my first problem.
Ordered a Netgear NAS last week. It arrived on Thursday last week but is missing the external PSU which renders it completely useless. So I call first thing Friday and make Scan aware of the problem. I was told I'd get a phone call either Friday or Monday to let me know how the issue would be resolved. By Tuesday I still have heard nothing. I login to the web site and log a query against the order no/invoice no. So now its Thursday, a week later and not a thing.
I've tried logging into the website this morning and I can't even do that now - Correction in now whoops
Can anyone help to find out what is going on please ?
